Choose Any Letter or Animal with AlphaZoo Spinning Toy
The nice thing about the spinning sun in the center of the toy is that it can be spun by hand to move to a certain letter you are working on, or you can press it for random selection of a letter or animal. The big yellow sun in the middle is appealing to ages 12 to 36 months, it’s bright and colorful and who doesn’t want to press big, bright buttons?!
In Letter Mode, you press the big yellow sun in the middle of the toy to make it spin around, when it stops it will say the name of the letter it lands on.
If the spinner lands on the music note, it will play the “Alphabet Song.” If it lands one of the stars, it will ask your child to find a certain letter of the alphabet. This is a great early introduce your little one to early phonics skills.
Animal mode is similar to the Letter Mode except when it stops spinning and lands on an animal, it says the animal name and the sound it makes. This is perfect for phonics, learning the letter sound of the animal in conjunction with the animal is very helpful for early reading skills.
If the spinner lands on the music space in animal mode, it will play “Old MacDonald.” If it stops on the stars it will make an animal sound and your toddler has to find the animal that makes that sound. hat’s problem solving, phonics and animal recognition in one toy!
