We Got the Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit and Veggie Stand!
We bought the Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit & Veggie Stand because we love Shopkins and we love Lego building sets. This Fruit and Veggie stand has 2 main pieces (the actual fruit stand and the fruit stand sign), there are some accessory pieces and 3 build-able Shopkins.
There are 101-pieces in this set and it’s fairly simple to build for a child that is 7 years or older, especially if your child already has previous experience with Lego style building bricks. The instructions are similar to Lego instructions, there are images you follow and build along. Younger children may need some additional help.

Do Shopkins Kinstructions Sets work with Legos?
The answer is yes, yes, yes! Lego building bricks and Shopkins Kinstructions can be used together! That was one of the first questions that we had when opening box, so we went ahead and grabbed some Lego bricks to check, and sure enough, they fit like a glove.
Where to Buy Shopkins Kinstructions Sets Online?
We bought our Fruit and Veggie Stand Kinstuctions online at Amazon because it was inexpensive and easy to find.
This Shopkins Kinstructions building set has over 100 pieces to build with. The Shopkins Kinstructions sets are compatible with other major brands of building bricks like Lego and Mega Blocks.
There is a fruit stand and a fruit stand sign as well as some build-able figures too (see pictures below). The 3 figures that come with this set are Corny Cobb, Pumkinella and Cherie Tomato.
Building the Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit and Veggie Stand
The Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit and Veggie stand has 101-pieces, which sort of sounds like a lot but really, when you get down to the nitty-gritty of this set, it’s not a lot of pieces at all. This Shopkins Fruit and Veggie Stand Kinstructions set took my 9 year old about 35-40 minutes to build from beginning to end.
Build-able Shopkins Figures in the Fruit & Veg Stand Set
There are three Shopkins that come with this Fruit & Vegetable Stand Kinstructions Set; Corny Cobb, Cherie Tomato and Pumkinella. Each of the Shopkins figures is in two pieces and you just snap them together. It’s really so simple that I’m not sure they even needed to make them build-able.
The Shopkins figures are able to snap onto the Fruit and Veggie stand just like Lego mini figures would. You can put them anywhere in the play set because there is a hole on the bottom of them that allows them to snap into place. Nothing fancy, but definitely fun.
Building the Fruit and Veggie Stand Kinstructions Shopkins
The hardest part of building the Fruit and Veggie stand was putting up the signs. There are these little white pegs that hold the sign in place and it wasn’t easy getting them to line up in the correct holes at first. The signs are made of a thicker card stock, glossy paper – they are not plastic. This was a little disappointing to be honest.
Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit and Veggie Stand Accessories
The Fruit and Veggie Stand also comes with a light pole, cash register and barrel. You need to build the little light pole, but it’s fairly simple to do. The cash register and barrel simply snap onto the set.
Shopkins Kinstructions Fruit & Veggie Stand Fully Built
The fruit and veggie stand fully built stands about 5-inches tall and 4-inches wide (this is for the actual fruit stand, not including the little detached sign). The little detached sign is only about 2.5-inches tall.

We definitely plan to get more of these Shopkins Kinstructions building sets, this was the first one we bought but we have our eye on some of the other sets now too. We’ve got a lot of the best Shopkins toys but these are sort of unique because you can build and play with them. They are not made by Moose toys like the other Shopkins toys that we have, the Shopkins Kinstructions sets are made by a company called The Bridge Direct, Inc. They are still Shopkins brand toys, but not made by the same manufacturer.
